OLT Representation

Expert planning evidence at the Ontario Land Tribunal: witness statements, hearing preparation, and testimony. Quoted per file.

What OLT Representation involves

When an application is refused, council fails to decide within the statutory timeline, or a third party appeals, the file moves to the Ontario Land Tribunal. The Tribunal decides on planning evidence, and the central piece of that evidence is the independent professional opinion of a qualified land use planner.

Matthew Kruger appears before the Tribunal as an expert planning witness: preparing witness statements, participating in mediation and case management conferences, and giving testimony under oath. All opinion evidence is given as independent professional opinion, consistent with the OPPI Professional Code of Practice.

Hearings range from a one-day variance appeal to multi-week proceedings, so OLT work is quoted per file rather than at a published fixed fee. Send the details and we will scope it.
